Are your tests covered by MSP?

Unfortunately our at-home tests are not covered by MSP at this time. Some extended healthcare benefits plans may include coverage, however this would need to be verified with your benefits provider.

What other wellness or biomarker tests do you offer?

As of today, we only offer Ferritin and ApoB testing.

However, we are working towards releasing a series of biomarker tests that can be measured at home and analyzed through our app.

How do I edit my account?

From your app home page select your profile icon in the top right corner. You will see options to view and edit your account details, account phone number, and language preferences. If you need any additional assistance please select the “Contact Support” option.

How accurate are my results?

Our test kits accurately measure whether your biomarker levels are very low, low, normal, high, or very high. We always suggest sharing your results with your healthcare provider to assess if additional testing is needed, and to address the route cause of any abnormal values.

Are there age restrictions to at-home testing?

Currently our services are for adults only. We cannot process results for individuals under the age of 18.

I have an abnormal result, should I be concerned?

Having one or multiple results outside the normal range is not uncommon. The level of concern is based on the specific test and degree to which your result is outside the normal range. We always recommend your results be shared with all of your health practitioners so any necessary steps for treatment can be considered.

Can I share my results with my doctor?

Yes. In fact, we've built that feature right into our app for easy communication and monitoring between you and your physician.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time. You will still be able to access all of your previous test results via your app profile, and subscriptions can be restarted if desired.

Can reference ranges vary?

Reference ranges are the scope of normal, or expected, lab values that are considered acceptable for the average adult.

Laboratories establish their own reference ranges based off factors including internal controls and published general population data. Although reference ranges are likely similar, there can be slight differences depending which organization you look at. When comparing test results, it's also important to note the units of measure and sample type because that can also influence the reference range.

In general, it's often the pattern of results over time or where you fall within the range itself that indicates if someone is healthy, or if a follow-up is needed with their healthcare provider.
