Do I need to visit a medical center for this test?
No. Tests can be ordered directly on our website, and delivered internationally. The test is completed entirely in the comfort of your own home, with results reaching your smartphone in minutes.
Can I use any phone for the test?
Any smartphone (Android or IOS system) can be used for reading your test result. You simply need to install the Chromacare App, and follow along with the step-by-step guide!
How accurate are my results?
Our test kits accurately measure whether your biomarker levels are very low, low, normal, or high.
We always suggest sharing your results with your healthcare provider to assess if additional testing is needed, and to address the route cause of any abnormal values.
Are there age restrictions to at-home testing?
Currently our services are for adults only. We cannot process results for individuals under the age of 18.
Can I share my results with my doctor?
Yes! In fact, we've built that feature right into our app for easy communication and monitoring between you and your physician.
How do I contact customer support?
